How Did You Get an InfoSec Job?

BeckHart Author Branding™, on behalf of best selling technology author, Peter H. Gregory, is currently looking for stories to include in the upcoming book, Getting an Information Security Job for Dummies.

  • Did you move from IT?
  • Did you come from an Armed Forces background?
  • Did you go to a technical college?
  • Did you start so long ago you just sort of grew into the position?

We’d love to hear your story! If we use your story in the book, your anonymity will be protected and look something like this:

“I had been a Boeing programmer for years and got bored with it. I took some classes, and did some great networking there, which led me to my job in Information Security. I love the challenge and learn something new everyday. Now, I’m never bored!”  John D.
